    PLEASE NOTE: As of 23rd October 2023, some of the permissions in ARM, regarding clients, contacts and staff have been restructured and refined. You can review these changes in greater detail here.

    All MYP modules have the ability to customize staff access to certain features. This article is a summary of available permissions, their definitions and those recommended for executives, managers and staff.

    Edit Permissions

    To edit permissions:

    • Select ‘ARM’
    • Navigate to the staff panel in the self-client
    • Identify the relevant staff and select ‘Edit’
    • Select ‘Contact options’
    • Select ‘Edit login details + teams + permissions’
    • Edit the relevant permissions
    • Select ‘Save’

    OR

    • Locate relevant staff member in the ‘Staff Panel’
    • Select ‘Edit Permissions’ (blue padlock icon)

    94six permissions

    Only one person per Subscription has the ability to manage 94six at a global level. This person is the 94six Administrator.

    ARM + ARM Pro permissions

    As of 23rd October 2023, some of the permissions in ARM, regarding clients, contacts and staff have been restructured and refined to improve the following:

    • Visibility of permissions and a reduction in complexity
    • Meet the diverse privacy needs of different organisations
    • Ensure access is restricted (or enabled appropriately) to HR and Payroll data
    • Deconstruct broad permission functions to maintain data integrity and enhance security

    The following table outlines the improvements and the impact this will have on usage and access.

    The following table outlines the ARM permissions that remain unchanged as of 23rd October 2023.

    Generate ARM reports Access to all reports. Only to be provided for staff who need to run project or opportunity reports otherwise limited to management and above
    Generate Login + Logout Report Access a report on staff login + logout activity
    Generate Activity Report Access a report on staff MYP activity
    Manage invoices Access to invoicing functionality
    Merge/move clients + contacts Merge or move clients + contacts. Merge clients can not be undone
    Receive notification of new client uploads Receive automatic email notification when a new client is created in ARM. Defaulted to off on subscription start and should only be applied to select staff.
