Table of contents

    The personal calendar compiles the following dates:

    • Weekly unavailability – added via ‘Availability’ 
    • 94six leave or public holiday – added via 94six > Settings > Public holidays
    • Specifically not available – added via ‘Personal calendar’
    • One off unavailability/availability – added via the ‘Personal calendar’
    • Allocated published shifts – added via rosters

    Add basic leave

    • Select PocketWatch > Personal calendar
    • Select ‘Add one –off’ availability or select into the relevant date
    • Select ‘Not available’
    • Choose ‘Leave’ (basic) from drop-down

    NB: Holiday or other type of personal leave (basic entry only). Use 94six module for formal leave.

    • Complete all fields
    • Select ‘Submit’

    Add approved leave

    • Select PocketWatch > Personal calendar
    • Select ‘Add one –off’ availability or select into the relevant date
    • Select ‘Not available’
    • Choose ‘Leave’ (with full approval process) from drop-down
    • Complete all fields
    • Select ‘Submit’

     NB:  Subscribers with 94six will be redirected.

    Add out of office

    • Select PocketWatch > Personal calendar
    • Select ‘Add one–off’ availability or select into the relevant date
    • Select ‘Not available’
    • Choose ‘Out of office’
    • Complete all fields
    • Select ‘Submit’

    Add one-off unavailability

    • Select PocketWatch > Personal calendar
    • Select ‘Add one–off’ availability or select into the relevant date
    • Select ‘Not available’
    • Choose ‘One-off unavailability’
    • Complete all fields
    • Select ‘Submit’

    Add one-off availability

    • Select PocketWatch > Personal calendar
    • Select ‘Add one–off’ availability or select into the relevant date
    • Select ‘Available to work’
    • Complete all fields
    • Select ‘Submit’

    This is suitable for notifying available to work due to special one-off circumstances, overrides any other previous indication.  (e.g. Teachers during school holidays for holiday programs)
