This section identifies the process for generating and downloading all ordered reports.  Due to the complex nature of SRS reports, they are generated offline and are processed via a request queuing system.

Both the EP and the client can generate and download ordered reports on the day after the survey completion date. (This excludes ordered Excel pivot tables and PowerPoint presentations which are generated by MYP and forwarded to the EP for on-forwarding to the client.) Clients have the ability to download ordered reports up to one month following subscription expiry.

To generate SRS reports, complete the following steps:

    • Select ‘Generate reports’
    • Select the survey type from the drop-down menu
    • Select client/s from the drop-down menu

NB: If required, the survey report search can be refined by selecting survey name, date or status from the drop-down menu.

    • Completed surveys are identified in the column labelled ‘Status’ + listed as ‘Completed’. The button at the right will be displayed as ‘Reports’.
    • To generate a report for a completed survey, click ‘Reports’.
    • Select relevant report on ‘Access reports’ page + click ‘Generate’.
    • The requested report will be placed in a request generation queue + you can continue working on other projects
    • An automated email will advise when the report is available to download in PDF + will contain a link back to the ‘Access reports’ page
    • Alternatively, progress can be monitored on the ‘Access reports’ page by viewing the ‘Status’ column. All generated reports are identified as ‘Available’
    • Click ‘Download’ + save the report where required

NB: To protect the anonymity of staff, the SRS Comprehensive Reports can only be generated using the ‘All staff’ demographic selection option for schools/centres with <10 staff.

    View sample SRS reports

To view sample reports and ascertain which format will be appropriate for a particular client, complete the following steps:

    • Select ‘View sample reports’
    • Select the required sample reports to view

    Develop action plan

On completion of the survey, it may be appropriate for an Education Partner to establish a time to meet with the leadership team at the relevant school for the purpose of consultation. The online Review & Action Plan is an ideal planning template.
