- The prices specified in the previous table are exclusive of any taxes, fees, duties, value added, withholding or other such amounts e.g. + GST or VAT where applicable. The EP is responsible for assessment, collection, remittance, accounting, reporting + all such legal responsibilities of sales or any other tax within the Territory for Education Partner’s sales to clients.
- The Education Partner will be invoiced 50% of the retail price published by MYPCorp on its website (which may be varied with 30 days’ notice).
- The invoice will be calculated on the final day of each month and is due + payable by the EP to MYPCorp within 7 days of receipt of the invoice.
