    Update ‘From’ email addresses

On subscription, eMarketing requires an email address to be set up as the ‘From email’ function.

eMarketing email campaigns are sent using a mailbox that is monitored with a bounce-back detector. The sent ‘From email address’ can be customised to reflect more closely client branding requirements. Please note that the last section of the email cannot be changed (.1myp.com).

For example, you may want to have the ‘From email address’ appear like the following example: <uniquenumber>@yourbusinessname.1myp.com.

The ‘From email address’ can be edited within ARM > Customisation > Brand, style + shortcuts.

    Edit corporate email signature

eMarketing Subscribers have the option to select either a personal or corporate email signature for email campaigns. The individual email signature can be customised via:

    • Selecting ‘ARM’
    • Navigate to the staff panel in the self-client
    • Identify the relevant staff and select ‘Edit’
    • Select ‘Edit email signature’

To edit the corporate email signature:

    • Navigate to ARM > Administration > Organisation information
    • Select ‘Customised’ and edit as required
    • Select ‘Save’ when finished

    IMPORTANT DESIGN AND DISPLAY INFORMATION:

    • Your email signature will automatically be added to the end of each email.
    • Unsubscribe and opt-out links are automatically entered at the bottom of each email/template. This enables the recipient to unsubscribe from all campaigns or opt-out of a particular category of email campaign.
    • Layouts and images may display differently between email programs. We recommend designing templates for display compatibility with Microsoft Outlook. If an email does not display correctly, it is typically related to the email system of the recipient. If an email system is old, not updated or not a mainstream system it can impact the display experience for the user.
    • When requesting support in identifying a specific issue, please provide the following:
      • FULL screenshot of what the recipient is actually seeing
      • Operating system and version number of Windows (e.g. Windows 10, Mac)
      • Email client and version (e.g. Outlook 2016, Gmail)
      • Internet browser if using web browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc…)
      • Whether this is being experienced with multiple emails
