Customise + administer networks (BW + WITY modules only)

Create network

• Select ‘Customisation’ from the side navigation menu
• Select ‘Networks’
• Select ‘Create network
• Enter network name
• Select ‘Save’

Edit or archive network

• Select ‘Customisation’ from the side navigation menu
• Select ‘Networks’
• Identify the appropriate network
• Select ‘Edit network’ or ‘Archive’ as required
• Modify details
• Select ‘Save’

Create provider

• Select ‘Administration’ from the side navigation menu
• Select ‘Networks’
• Identify the appropriate network
• Select ‘Edit providers’
• Enter New provider email address
• Select ‘Create provider’

NB: If a match is found in ARM for a client or contact, their details will be uploaded automatically. If they do not exist in ARM, they will be created.  There is an option to include notes on a provider. These notes do not appear in BW or WITY.

Edit or archive provider

• Select ‘Administration’ from the side navigation menu
• Select ‘Networks’
• Identify the appropriate network
• Select ‘Edit providers’
• Identify the appropriate provider
• Select ‘Edit service provider’ or Archive’ as required
• Modify details
• Select ‘Save’
