    Staff track a client’s progress with their goals and objectives by creating a session and recording the relevant client outcomes.

     To create a session:

    • From the GOMS dashboard, select the ‘Add session’ icon next to the relevant client’s name
    • Is the client with you? – selecting ‘Yes’ will give the option for the client to select their level of engagement/enjoyment.
    • Select staff member
    • Select the program
    • Start + end time + address will be determined from the PocketWatch shift if applicable
    • All assigned goals will be listed but can be hidden from that shift if required
    • Select outcomes from drop-down menu
    • If objective has been achieved, mark as achieved
    • Enter comments (these comments will be viewed by clients + their families)
    • Select level of physical support provided
    • Select level of visual support provided
    • Select level of verbal support provided
    • Overall comments (these comments may be viewed by clients/family)
    • Alert (alert will be sent client/family and, to key staff, additional staff, and relevant team per client’s GOMS information)
    • Staff comments (these comments will not be viewed by clients/family)
    • Did behaviour put client or others at risk and/or were there any medical/health issues? ‘Yes’ or ‘No’
    • Apparent level of engagement/enjoyment (from staff perspective)
    • Select ‘Save’
      • If there are files to upload, select the ‘Add’ icon in ‘DOCUMENTS’
      • Select and upload file
      • To upload additional files, select the ‘Add’ icon again and repeat steps
    • Select ‘Finish’
