    If an Alert was flagged, these will be visible on the GOMS dashboard to staff who have permission to administer alerts (refer to GOMS recommended permissions).

    Alert notifications are sent to the following people:

    • The account manager of the contact
    • The staff member running the GOMS session
    • Staff members defined ‘GOMS Information’ panel of client
    • All parents/carers/guardians defined under ‘GOMS Information’ panel of client

    A staff member with permission to resolve alerts can select the green ‘tick’ to remove them from the ‘Active alerts’ list and trigger a resolve alert note section.

    If access to completed alerts is required, select the ‘Filter alerts’ icon.

    Other filter options include: 

    • Date start + end
    • Client
    • Resolved status
    • Archived status
