    The Career Planning process is a positive and proactive program to empower each team member to develop clear goals and strategies and take ownership of them, by identifying gaps and taking actions to address them. Most organisations run a career planning process alongside performance reviews once a year. The Career planning results + performance reviews drive the engagement matrix report. The survey is based on determining the 5 key areas a of gap between level of importance and current achievement.

    To create a career plan:

    • Select the ‘Create’ button
    • Enter staff member’s name
    • Team leaders
    • Creation date
    • Select next
    • The staff member will move through each of the screens:
      • Personal goals
      • Engagement goals
      • Satisfaction goals
      • Summary
    • Select ‘Generate report’

    From the Career planning panel on the dashboard, a career plan can be:

    • Added
    • Edited
    • Copied
    • Report generated
    • Archived
