    • Navigate to relevant staff member in the staff panel
    • Select ‘Edit’
    • Select ‘Personal information’
    • Select ‘Gender’
      • Male
      • Female
      • Unspecified
    • Select ‘Birthday reminder’

    NB: Birthday reminder emails for staff and their partners can be automatically sent to account managers if the birth date is entered and the birthday reminder radio button is selected. The default notification is 2 business days prior to the birthday. The Account Manager could be the HR Manager or the staff member’s immediate manager.

    • Enter ‘Birthday’
      • Age – this field is auto calculated
    • Enter ‘Partner birthday’
      • Age – this field is auto calculated
    • Enter ‘Number of children’
    • Enter ‘Hobbies/interests’
    • Enter ‘Additional information’

    Administer contact information

    • Select ’94six’
    • Navigate to relevant staff member in the staff panel
    • Select ‘Edit’
    • Select ‘Contact information’
    • Enter ‘Email address 1’ (required field)

    NB: Changing ‘Email address 1’ will cause a different login password to be allocated.

    • Enter ‘Email address 2’
    • Enter ‘Phone 1 (+ area code)’ (required field)
    • Enter ‘Phone 2 (+ area code)’
    • Enter ‘Fax (+ area code)’
    • Enter ‘Home phone (+ area code)’
    • Enter ‘Home country’
    • Enter ‘Home address’
    • Enter ‘Home suburb’
    • Enter ‘Home address 2’
    • Enter ‘Home town/city’
    • Enter ‘State’
    • Enter ‘Home post/zip code’
    • Select ‘Does this contact have a different postal address?’
    • Enter ‘Twitter URL’
    • Enter ‘LinkedIn URL’
    • Enter ‘Other social media URL’

    Administer contact history

    • Select ’94six’
    • Navigate to relevant staff member in the staff panel
    • Select ‘Edit’
    • Select ‘Contact history’

    To add a contact history note:

    • Select ‘Add’
    • Enter note

    NB: If the Activity type option has been applied via ARM > Customisation > Opportunities this will also appear here.

    • Select ‘Save’

    To edit the last note added:

    • Select ‘Edit’

    NB: Only the contact who entered the note can edit the note. Only the last note entered can be edited. This is by design for security purposes.

    To filter contact history, select ‘Filter’:

    • Enter ‘Description’
    • Enter ‘Start’
    • Enter ‘End date’
    • Select ‘Search’

    Administer staff administration history

    • Select ’94six’
    • Navigate to relevant staff member in the staff panel
    • Select ‘Edit’
    • Select ‘Staff administration history’

    To filter staff administration history:

    • Select ‘Filter’
    • Enter ‘Start date’
    • Enter ‘End date’
    • Enter ‘Organisation’
    • Enter ‘Contact’
    • Enter ‘Action’
    • Enter ‘Description’
    • Select ‘Search’

    To clear filters:

    • Select ‘Clear filters’

    Administer emergency contact details

    • Select ’94six’
    • Navigate to relevant staff member in the staff panel
    • Select ‘Edit’
    • Select ‘Emergency contact details’
    • Enter ‘Name’
    • Enter ‘Relationship’
    • Enter ‘Phone’
    • Enter ‘Email’
    • Enter ‘Address’
    • Enter ‘Address line 2’
    • Enter ‘Suburb’
