    eMarketing provides the ability to create and administer speakers and their biographies. This information can then be accessed as part of event management when creating event activities.

    Create speakers

    • Select relevant speakers
    • Select appropriate action
      • View speakers
      • Edit speakers
      • Archive speakers
      • Unarchive speakers

    Edit speakers

    • Identify the relevant speaker and select ‘Edit’
    • Edit details and select ‘Save’

    Archive speakers

    • Select relevant speaker
    • Select ‘Archive speaker’

    Unarchive speakers

    • Select Archived or ‘Existing + archived’ from the drop-down menu
    • Select ‘Unarchive’
