    Programs are specifically related to the community sector.  They are used to group your clients together into their care programs or group activities for easy viewability.

    Customise settings to show the programs tab:

    • Select the down arrow next to ‘ARM Pro’ via the side navigation bar
    • Select ‘Customisation’
    • Select ‘Settings’
    • Select ‘Yes’ PROGRAMS – Shown in ARM
    • Select ‘Save’

    Create program

    To create a Program:

    • Select ‘Create client’
    • Select ‘Program’
    • Select ‘Program (Organisation/Group)’
    • Enter Program name
    • Select ‘Next’
    • Complete additional fields
    • Select ‘Save’

    View program

    To view a Program:

    • Select ‘Advanced search’
    • Select ‘Programs’
    • Identify the relevant program via search

    To view all Programs:

    • Select ‘Reports’  
    • Select ‘Clients + Programs Search’ from drop-down menu
    •  Select ‘Programs view’

    This is a dynamic list with hyperlinks to take you directly to a Program.

    Add clients to programs (PocketWatch subscribers)

    To add clients to a program:

    • Navigate to PocketWatch > Programs
    • Select ‘Edit’ against the relevant program
    • Select the program owner from the drop-down
    • Enter in ‘Establishment fee’, if applicable
    • Enter in ‘Administration overhead’, if applicable
    • Select the add icon
    • Select the client from the drop-down
    • Select the contact from the drop-down
    • Enter in hours, if applicable
    • Enter in ratio, if applicable
    • Select ‘Apply’
    • Select ‘SAVE’
