    Staff location and availability details can be set as required. To set staff locations:

    • Navigate to myNet via the module icon in the top left or via the side navigation panel (three lines in the top right)
    • Select ‘Staff locations’
    • Select the green ‘In’ or red ‘Out’ button to change status
    • Enter the relevant location details and select availability from the drop-down menu
    • If selecting ‘Out’, select the appropriate ‘Leave’ and ‘Return’ dates and times
    • Select ‘Finish’

    NB: Limited availability can be set when staff are listed as ‘In’.

    Generate staff location reports

    Current staff location information can be exported to Excel or PDF at the click of a button. This is an important OH+S function in the case of an emergency. To export this information:

    • Navigate to myNet via the module icon in the top left or via the side navigation panel (three lines in the top right)
    • Select ‘Staff locations’
    • Select the ‘Excel’ or ‘PDF’ button at the bottom of the page

    A customised staff location report is available to track staff location activity. To generate this report:

    • Navigate to myNet via the module icon in the top left or via the side navigation panel (three lines in the top right)
    • Select ‘Staff locations’
    • Select ‘Report’
    • Set appropriate filters and select ‘View’
    • To export the report, select either ‘Excel’ or ‘PDF’ as required
    • Select ‘Finish’
