    Public templates enable subscribers to send information and tours to their clients and thus introduce them to the online survey process and components. This enables clients to have a thorough understanding of the relevant ORS prior to the survey being conducted within their organisation. Public template options include the following:

    • Client Results Surveys
    • Customer Results Surveys
    • Member Results Surveys
    • Talent Results Surveys
    • Online Results Surveys (a multi-select tour option from the survey suite) 

    To create and send a template email:

    • Select ‘Send template email’ 
    • Select or create a client
    • Select or create a new client contact
    • Select ‘Next’
    • Select the communication category (TRS, CRS, MRS)
    • Select the required email template
    • Customise both html + plain text versions as required
    • Select ‘View email’
    • Select ‘Email to self’ or ‘Email to client’
    • Select ‘Finish’

    NB: MYP has the capacity for management to create their own custom tour marketing email templates. To access this functionality, subscriber staff will need to subscribe to the advanced eMarketing module.
