    NB: Subscribers who have a fully customised site or custom integrations may not find all the information required to make all updates to their site in this myHelp. If this occurs, please lodge a ‘vBoX website’ user support request via the MYP Support Centre.

    Please note, MYP support will be quoted at the minimum MYP standard fee +GST per hour when:

    • The request is for content, design or technical updates to be made to the site rather than user support
    • The issue is as a result of third-party plugins or widgets being installed. Note: while MYP is happy to assist with support where possible, MYP has no responsibility for issues arising from the installation of third-party plugins or widgets and users should refer to the plugin/widget provider
    • If Administrator access and/or access to the site’s FTP server has been handed over to your organisation

    Website Health Support Package

    MYP offers a specialised ‘Website Health Support Package’ as an extra annual subscription for $480(+GST). This covers user support, security, plugin updates and 3 hours of content updates. Over 80% of all our vBoX Subscribers have this added option as it saves them time and gives peace of mind for malicious spammers and attacks and technology updates. This offer will be made at the completion of your new vBoX website and transition to user support.
