Only the current Champion can re-assign the Champion role to another staff member. Similarly, only the 94six Administrator, myDocs Administrator and Propel Administrator fields can be updated by the respective administrators.  When administering staff, these fields will be disabled unless the currently logged in user has been assigned to one of these roles.

    To re-assign the Champion role:

    • Select ‘ARM’
    • Navigate to the staff panel in the self-client
    • Identify the relevant staff + select ‘Edit’ Select ‘Contact options’
    • Select ‘Edit login details + teams + permissions’
    • Scroll to MYP restricted permissions
    • Select the new Champion or administrator as required
    • Select ‘Save’

NB: If changing the MYP Champion, an automatic email notification email will be sent out to the new Champion, detailing their new responsibilities as Champion.

NB: It is essential that the MYP Champion is trained in all core modules and completes the Champion course in myTraining.  This can be accessed in myTraining via the Support centre.

In the event that the MYP Champion, 94six Administrator, myDocs Administrator or Propel Administrator leaves the organisation, these roles can be attributed to another staff member when archiving the leaving staff member.
