The ARM module provides a framework where staff members can view, add and reorder project tasks not linked to a client or project. This list will only show the tasks owned by the current staff member. To access your to-do list, select ‘My to-do list’ from the side navigation.
- To re-order your tasks, use the mouse to drag + drop a task item
- To add a task, insert details + select ‘Add task’
- To edit or delete a task, select the appropriate button. Editing a task takes you to the standard edit task page where a task can be re-assigned to a project if required. This will cause the task to disappear from the to-do list it can be managed by the normal project task process
- To mark a task completed, tick the ‘Completed’ box
- Tasks can be viewed by using the appropriate task and progress filters
- Tasks can be sent as a calendar item to the current user’s email address by clicking the ‘Add task to calendar’ button
NB: To-do list tasks are included in the daily task reminder email. The tasks will also appear in Management Reports, the Dashboard and most Gantt charts.
