    The ARM module provides an efficient means to record, track, search and manage client communication.

    Add note

    • Identify the relevant client via search
    • Select ‘History’
    • Select ‘Create’ icon
    • Select ‘Activity’ from drop-down menu, if required (refer to ‘Customise opportunity activities‘)
    • Select date
    • Enter data in ‘Note’ field
    • Select ‘Save’

    Administer search

    • Identify the relevant client via search
    • Select ‘History’
    • The history panel display is defaulted to 10 items. There is an option to extend to either 25, 50, 75 or 100
    • The default for history is three months. To view earlier history, select via the filter
    • To search by activity select ‘Filter’ + enter activity name in ‘Action’ field
    ARM View all ARM history (excludes eMarketing history)
    PocketWatch filter View notes entered via PocketWatch check out only
    Client filter View history entries related to updates to the client only
    Project filter View history entries related to updates to projects only
    Restricted projects filter View history entries related to updates to restricted projects only
    eMarketing filter View history entries related to eMarketing only
    Create Create a new history entry
    Filter Filter by date, contact name or action
    Download excel Download Excel of the history type highlighted

    Export history 

    The history for all contacts (or clients, or other modules in MYP) can be exported in a report.

    • Select ‘Reports’ from the sub-header menu
    • Select ‘Activity Report’
    • Choose ‘Contact’ from the types filter
    • Enter relevant dates
    • Select ‘View’
