    Staff can be created via ARM or via 94six.

    To create a staff member:

    • Select ‘Create contact’
    • Enter ‘Personal title’
      • Miss
      • Mr
      • Mrs
      • Ms
      • Dr
      • Prof
      • Other
    • Enter ‘First name’ (required field)
    • Enter ‘Last name’ (required field)
    • Select ‘Account manager’
    • Select ‘Contact visibility’ (eMarketing subscription required)
      • ARM + eMarketing
      • eMarketing
    • Select ‘Accepts email contact’
      • Yes
      • No
      • Unsubscribed
    • Team – Staff member teams are listed in this field however to apply teams:
      • Click ‘Contact options’ at the top of the ‘EDIT STAFF MEMBER’ panel
      • Select ‘Edit login details, teams + permissions’
    • Select ‘Position title’
      • Position titles can be customised via ARM > Customisation > Positions. Position titles are linked to position descriptions + positions for rostering within PocketWatch. Additional positions can be applied for rostering purposes.
      • Click ‘Contact options’ at the top of the ‘EDIT STAFF MEMBER’ panel
      • Select ‘Edit login details, teams + permissions’.
      • Select ’94six + PocketWatch Staff settings’.
    • Select ‘Primary role’ (required field)
      • Position roles can be customised via ARM > Customisation > Roles. The role field is a mandatory field + is specifically used for advisory modules. In most cases the role and position title field should be the same.

    Additional sections and custom fields can be added to the staff contact page via ARM > Customisation > Fields. Some standard fields can also be archived. For further information view ‘Customise fields‘.
