There are significant benefits in having the service providers and plan managers you work with also using GENIUS. Everyone can save time, reduce costs, improve cashflow and gain efficiencies. Let your networks know about GENIUS so that you can:
- submit + receive invoices digitally
- activate claims once approved
- remove the need to rekey information
To invite your networks to ask for a for personalised demo of GENIUS:
- Go to the GENIUS home page network panel
- Select the ‘View’ icon to view the relevant email template
- Select ‘Send to’ button on the relevant email template
- Search contacts + select relevant contact
- Click ‘Send’
This networking panel will also display timely updates relating to the GENIUS module, including feature change notifications, explanations of new features, important NDIS notices, and more.
NB: You are able to minimise the networking panel by clicking on the ‘Hide panel’ icon in the top right hand corner. You can bring the panel back by clicking on the same icon again. This option is only available when viewing MYP via a small screen or window.
