If you and your organisation decide to unsubscribe from vBoX with MYP, a number of measures must be completed in order to ensure your site stays live. These include:
- Transferring your domain(s) from MYP’s hosting environment to another provider
- Moving your sites physical folders + SQL file to another server
MYP will provide you with the details required to perform these actions. We will provide you with the EPP codes to transfer your domain and a link containing your physical folders and SQL files.
You will be able to use these details to move the site to an external provider.
