Within ARM Pro, it is possible to create and administer master/associate Subscribers, providing the master Subscriber is also an MYP Partner. e.g. a peak body can be created as the ‘Master Subscriber’ and the member clients can then be created as Associate Subscribers. New clients created by Associate Subscribers will appear in the Master Subscribers list. Any edits to client details (e.g. phone numbers) made by the Master Subscriber will copy across to Associate Subscribers. The Master Subscriber can see which clients are connected to Associate Subscribers.

Assign contact or client to Associate Subscriber

To assign a contact or client to an Associate Subscriber:

    • Identify the relevant client via search
    • Select ‘Contacts’
    • Identify the relevant contact + select ‘Edit’
    • Select the relevant Subscriber from the drop-down menu + select ‘Add’

To assign a client to an Associate Subscriber:

    • Identify the relevant client via search
    • Select ‘Client’
    • Select the relevant Subscriber from the drop-down menu + select ‘Add’

Archive contact or client from Associate Subscriber

To archive a client from an Associate Subscriber:

    • Identify and select the relevant client or contact
    • Select ‘Archive’ beside the relevant Subscriber
    • Select ‘Save’

    Share custom fields

Master Subscribers have the ability to share custom fields automatically with all of their Associate Subscribers to ensure a consistent approach across the group.

To create a shared field, the master Subscriber should follow the steps outlined in ‘Customise fields‘ . The additional step in the set-up process that is only available to master Subscribers is to select the ‘Sharing type’. When ‘Shared’ is selected, this field will be visible to Associate Subscribers but will not be able to be edited by them. Only the master subscriber can edit these fields.

    Copy opportunities to Associate Subscriber

Master Subscribers have the ability to copy opportunities and create them within the associate Subscriber.  The Master Subscriber will have the ability to select the ‘Copy opportunities to Subscribers’ feature via the ‘Customise settings’ page.

To copy opportunities already created in the Master Subscriber:

    • Identify the relevant client via search
    • Select ’Opportunities’
    • Select ‘Copy’ beside the relevant opportunity
    • Select the associate Subscriber + the relevant contact to manage the opportunity from the drop-down menus
    • Select ‘Save’

NB: A copy of that opportunity will then be visible when signed in as the associated Subscriber.

NB: The Master Subscriber will have an additional filter when generating opportunity reports to view the report by associated Subscribers.

NB: When copying the opportunity, the client, the opportunity it belongs to and the contact who is assigned as the primary contact for the opportunity will also be copied. If these already exist for the recipient, then any fields in the ‘To’ client will be overwritten. If the recipient has subscribed to myDocs, any documents linked with the opportunity will copy across as a separate copy of the document. Any edits made to the document by the recipient will not update the original master document.

NB: If this feature is applied, only the Master Subscriber will be able to access the Customise Opportunities page as all fields need to be consistent across the group of Subscribers.
