    Update template permissions

    Access to templates can be restricted to specific teams.  Adding this restriction ensures the template can only be viewed, edited or sent by the specific team/s.

    Update form permissions

    Restrictions can be placed as to which teams can see a form once it has been submitted. For example, all staff may have access to an ‘Incident Report’ template, but visibility of completed Incident Report forms is restricted.

    This restriction is accessed via the form template set-up page (the first view on selecting ‘edit’ or ‘create’ template).

    • Limit form visibility to teams upon submission
      • Select ‘Enable’
      • Select relevant team/s who will have access to the from once submitted
    • Teams able to access + edit form + template 
      • Select ‘Enable’
      • Select relevant team/s who will have access to the template
    • Teams able to access saved or submitted forms
      • Select ‘Enable’
      • Select relevant team/s who will have access to the template
    • Teams able to edit submitted forms   
      • Select ‘Enable’
      • Select relevant team/s who will have access to the template
