    Add note

    • Select the ‘Add note’ icon in the ‘Notes’ panel
    • Select note type from the drop-down menu
      • Group
      • Individual
    • For Group notes:
      • Select program
      • Select client/s

    Add group note

    • Select note type ‘Group’
    • Program – select program name
    • Deselect any clients required
    • Add in a category if required or select from drop-down list if enabled
    • Enter note
    • Select ‘Save’
    • This note will now be applied to all selected clients

    Add individual note

    • Select note type ‘Individual’
    • Search for relevant client
    • Add in a category if required or select from drop down list if enabled
    • Enter note
    • Select ‘Save’

    NB: Category is a free text field unless the drop-down list is enabled.
