Updates to System Improvement Tickets

Your feedback is crucial to us, and we truly value your input on how we can enhance our system. To better understand your concerns and provide the best support, we have updated the questions asked when lodging a system improvement ticket.

Resolved issue with lodging tickets under the ‘support centre’ module

We have addressed the issue where a very small number of users weren’t able to lodge a ticket for the support centre module.


New status column added to the Incident Management Report (IMS)

A new column named “Form State” has been introduced to IMS reports. You can access this feature through the form templates panel in FormSpace. It enables users to easily identify and understand the progress or status of an incident form within the Incident Management System. We believe this added transparency will help streamline your workflow.


New option in the Invoice + claims settings in GENIUS (Funding)

With our latest update, you can now choose the service end date as an option for the date to push as an invoice creation date in the third-party accounting package setting. With this change, you now have more flexibility and control over invoice creation dates..


Auto Approve message in ‘Approved by’ column of timesheets now contains timestamp

When your roster rules are automatically approving staff timesheets, the approved by column will now include a timestamp as well as the ‘Auto-approved’ message.


Appointments

Improvements to warning messages in Appointments

When a participant’s schedule of support is altered to change or remove line items, this can affect the successful conduction of a scheduled appointment. The system now displays a clear warning when a base schedule, associated line items and any corresponding appointments must be updated to reflect the changes in the schedule of support. After these changes are made, you will be able to conduct the appointment.
