Updated Invoice + claims report to have product’s general ledger code – We have updated the ‘Invoice + Claims’ report in GENIUS which will now feature with product’s general ledger code.
Updated client budget report – The Genius client budget report has been updated with an option to show or hide the participant(s) address while generating the report.
Reports automatically sent every month will no longer have an address. This will minimise the amount of personal information sent in the report. Any clients wishing to mail the report will need to generate them via the Genius reports page.
Improvements to view very large PDF invoices – We have improved how the system handles very large pdf invoices by improving reliability of the invoice display.
Updated SCHADS award rule – We are making changes to our SCHADS split award rule implementation. In the current logic the claimed unit/amount represents the product of hour of broken shifts and the SCHADS award rate. The new implementation will assign different allowance category relative to the order of the shift (‘split 1’ or ‘split 2’) with a unit of 1.
