Enhanced user experience for plan style in GENIUS (Funding)

The ‘representative’ option will now dynamically appear only when a user has a representative assigned. We understand that too many options can sometimes be confusing, so we’re streamlining the interface to display relevant choices when they are needed.

Coming Soon PACE Stage II enhancements

We are thrilled to share that we will soon be rolling out PACE Stage 2 changes to all our subscribers. Changes to enhance the functionality and convenience of your PACE experience include:

  1. Mapping the Categories of Support Items Based on Participant Type: We’re introducing a dynamic mapping system that tailors support item categories based on participant types.
  2. PACE Participant’s Invoice Approval linked to a PACE Budget: The approval of participant invoices will now be seamlessly linked to your PACE budget, streamlining the financial aspect of your engagements.
  3. PACE-friendly Service Agreement (Mapping NDIS items to PACE Category): Our service agreement will become more PACE-friendly, allowing you to easily map NDIS items to PACE categories in the schedule of support for a smoother and more efficient workflow.
  4. PACE-friendly Monthly Budget Report: Get a comprehensive view of your auto-generated PACE monthly budget report.
  5. PACE compatible Client Dashboard: The client dashboard will receive enhancements to better accommodate PACE-specific features and information.

Incident Management System (IMS) – Easy access to attachments in Incident Report Summary Report

No need to open IMS to access uploaded attachments, you can now easily access these via a link on the Incident Report Summary report.

Additional options for ‘Program repeats’ when creating training in 94Six (HR)

You now have the option to schedule program repeats at intervals of ‘every 3 years,’ ‘every 4 years,’ and ‘every 5 years’ when creating a training template or an active training from a training template. This enhancement gives you greater flexibility with more choices for tailoring program schedules specific to your needs.

Coming SoonLeave Enhancements

We’ve heard your feedback on managing leave within MYP and we’re committed to making your experience better. We’re working on introducing significant improvements to the way you submit, approve and manage leave. These changes include:

Granular Leave Information: We’re enhancing transparency by displaying how leave is broken down for each day of a leave request in the leave approval interface. Your managers will soon have a clearer understanding of how leave is calculated across the period of the request.

Leave Management Permissions: You will have greater control over who can access and manage leave. For instance, you will be able to allow your managers to submit leave for their staff while restricting their ability to approve it.

Completed Leave Status: Along with introducing a new Completed leave status, the system will be able to automatically change a Leave Request to Completed after a definable number of days post the end date. This eliminates the need to manually manage and archive old requests and will keep your workflow current and up to date. Completed leave will still be visible on rosters for your convenience.

Streamlined Workflow: You will be able to move seamlessly from leave submission to approval (if you have the permission to approve), speeding up the process of managing leave to save you time.

New Permission to Edit Approved Leave: No more archiving and starting over if a staff member returns from leave early. Your managers with this permission will be able to edit an approved leave request and resubmit it through your approval process, adapting to changing circumstances with ease.

Coming Soon – New KeyPay Report

Exciting news! You will soon be able to export your timesheet data to be seamlessly imported by KeyPay’s advanced Award Interpretation engine. This includes detailed breakdowns for Sleepover Shifts, Sleep Disturbances, and KM allowances, ensuring accuracy in your payroll processing.

But that’s not all – we have even more in store for you. In the future, we plan to integrate Leave data into this process, making payroll management even easier and more efficient. Stay Tuned!
