Coming Soon – Ad-Hoc Transportation Solution

At MYP, we are dedicated to enhancing your experience. We are listening to your feedback about managing ad hoc transport runs and are currently working on implementing substantial improvements to how you handle these ad-hoc transports.

In an upcoming update, you will have the capability to start an ad hoc transport run directly from a checked-in shift that already has a transport run associated with it. When initiating this transport run, you will have the option to select either a company or personal vehicle and choose a driver, along with additional staff from the staff members rostered for the shift.  You can then input the starting odometer reading and commence the journey. You’ll also have the ability to onboard and offboard participants, before or as the journey progresses, based on the roster.

Additionally, you’ll be able to log stops and enter the final odometer reading, which will then generate a comprehensive report of the ad hoc transport events. This will streamline the process and make it more convenient for you to manage ad-hoc transport runs within MYP.

Coming SoonPermissions and Security

Coming up in a future release we will be changing a number of key permissions in ARM related to managing your staff, clients and contacts in our system – it’s a big step towards making permissions easier to understand while enhancing the privacy and security of information within MYP

We are breaking down some of our more complex permissions into their specific, granular components. For example, instead of ‘administer staff’, you will be able to separately assign permissions such as ‘view staff’, ‘create staff,’ and ‘edit staff’. This tightens your ability to control the visibility of information and restrict certain actions to higher-level staff members or to members of a specific team.

Our aim is to empower you with precise control over permissions, making it simpler and more efficient to manage access, privacy and security in your system.

This update will also enable you to customise which fields are visible within the ‘Quick view’ panel in the CRM so that you can show different fields on contacts versus staff. Stay tuned!

Changes – Apportioned Pricing – Ratio to Fraction Based Pricing

The NDIA is planning to remove ratio price line items from the 1st of January, 2024. MYP is working on updates to assist you with managing this change to ensure you are compliant and can continue to claim without interruption – please register for our upcoming Product Workshop by going into the MYP events calendar on the dashboard when you log in and clicking on the Friday 6th October event.
