NEW Increased ability to create multiple service bookings in the same category – As the NDIS increases its flexibility in what it allows registered providers and plan managers to do in its portal, the MYP team reviews and adapts our product for your benefit. The latest change is to Service Bookings.
GENIUS now allows you to create multiple service bookings in a client engagement for the same category as long as the start and end dates do not overlap or are outside of the active plan dates. This is now in line with stated support items, as it was already possible when you associated a line item with a service booking.
UPDATED Improvement when syncing new plans from LanternPay – New client engagements created when syncing from LanternPay no longer have the service bookings copied from the current client engagement. This will make finalising renewals less complex and smoother.
Please note: Any non-NDIA service bookings will need to be manually created.
