We’ve made it easier to view messages sent by staff via ‘myMessages’ in ARM. The permissions in ARM are updated so that you can now view the entries for messages in a staff member ARM contact page via the ‘staff administration history’ section.

The staff meetings page will be removed from the MYP platform on March 16, 2022.


You can now customise service agreement emails via your GENIUS settings. Go to the “Communications” section of the GENIUS settings page and customise the service agreement email content to your organisation’s needs. IPMS Project – Explore our latest changes to the GENIUS ‘Client Engagement’ page as part of the MYP roadmap for Plan Managers.

  • The new “Client Engagement’ search bar gives you the ability to switch between different client engagement pages without having to navigate back to the GENIUS homepage. You can find the new search bar on the top left-hand side of the ‘Client Engagement’ page.
  • Manage client’s logins quickly via the “Client Engagement’ page. With the same functionality as the ‘Manage Clients” panel, a new “Manage Logins” icon has been added to the top right-hand side of the ‘Client Engagement’s page.

Your ‘Plan Style’ panel on the ‘Client Engagement’ page now includes four (4) new fields:

  • Plan commencement date: You are now able to select whether the plan commencement date is the same as the plan start date. If the commencement date is different, you will be able to enter the commencement start date into the plan style.
  • No active plan from date: Via a quick checkbox, you can now enter a ‘No active plan from’ date to a client’s engagement. This date can be any date after the ‘plan start date’. If no date is entered the plan will become inactive immediately.
  • Automatically email client budget reports to client, representative and/or other: Share your client budget reports with as many people as needed. You can now add the client, representative and also have the option to search for ‘other’ ARM contacts to add them to the plan style to receive the report as well.
  • Rep/client required to approve provider invoices: You can now override GENIUS global settings for provider invoice approval in the GENIUS ‘Client engagement’ plan style panel.

Users can now add notes to the History panel on the Client’s Engagement page. You can find the blue message icon in the top right-hand corner of each panel to easily add notes. These notes are easy to view and track as the note icon will change to show the number of recent notes added to that panel.

Our latest Pop-Up in GENIUS will remove any risk of users accidently deleting invoices. Now when you click on the delete invoice button a pop-up will open asking you to confirm the deletion.


Organise and bulk archive past leave applications. The new button at the top of the ‘Leave applications’ panel gives you the ability via a pop-up to bulk archive past leave applications based on the date range you wish to file.
