- Project time management report: Two columns have been added to the ‘Project time management report; the project ‘start date’ and the project ‘end date’.
- NEW purchase orders: Purchase order workflows have been added to GENIUS. To learn more about how to use purchase orders visit the myHelp page and watch the new features video on Thursday, 3rd of February.
- NEW client engagement history panel: A history panel has been added to the bottom of the GENIUS ‘Client engagement’ page. This panel allows you to view changes made in the client engagement page panels including:
- Changes to data entries
- Changes to dates
The name of the staff member, the date and time of the change will also be included for each entry.
- VALIDATE recurring invoices: Validation has been added to the ‘Recurrence end date’ field in GENIUS invoices. Now when a ‘Recurrence end date’ is after the ‘Plan end date’ of a client it will cause an error and the invoice will not be processed ensuring recurring invoices occur within the plan period
- UPDATED active trainings panel with new import/export functionality: The recently released ‘Active trainings’ panel has been updated to include import and export functionality.
- Import functionality: You are now able to import training data to the ‘Active trainings’ panel by clicking the import icon at the top of the ‘Active trainings’ panel. Data input guidelines are provided in the import pop-up to ensure all date is imported accurately.
- Export functionality: You are now able to export training data from the ‘Active trainings’ panel to an excel spreadsheet by clicking the export icon at the top of the ‘Active trainings’ panel.
