Add custom ARM (CRM) fields to the ‘Quick view/edit’ panel:

At MYP, delivering on promises is our priority. In our ongoing permissions project, we have taken a big leap to enhance the ‘Quick view/edit’ panel for staff and contacts even further. With the new update, users can now include custom ARM (CRM) fields alongside the existing standard fields in the ‘Quick view/edit’ panel. This update is designed to empower our subscribers, allowing them to display tailored and pertinent information that aligns perfectly with their unique business needs. 


 

Ad Hoc Transport Solution: Get paid what you are owed with our ad hoc transport solution. Your team and support workers can easily start, and record transport runs effortlessly right throughout their checked-in shifts. 

This update includes a detailed report of these ad hoc transport events and a claims report that breaks down each participant’s share of the total kilometres, simplifying the claiming process. This accuracy will also assist providers in accessing the invaluable revenue that might have been challenging to capture before. 


Warnings when permissions are assigned counterintuitively: We have implemented new warnings when a Staff member isn’t associated with any team but has been assigned permissions like Edit Staff (team), View staff (team), or Edit permission (teams you manage). This warning helps ensure that complementing permissions function appropriately.


NEW SHIFT VIEW

Communication tab for GENIUS (Funding): We have introduced a new communication tab in the GENIUS (Funding) panel. A friendly reminder, the deadline for transitioning from ‘Ratio pricing’ to ‘Apportioned pricing’ is 31st December 2023.

Automatically switch participants to a PACE plan: With a single click on “Import plan details” button in client engagement, toggle participants to a PACE plan, if available. This feature builds upon our existing capability to retrieve PACE plans from HICAPS. It’s important to note that this change applies specifically when a participant is plan managed and has atleast one expired service booking. Stay tuned for an upcoming update where we’ll also fetch PACE plan budget details. Exciting things are coming your way!
