NDIA price guide updates – The NDIA has recently released an updated NDIS Price Guide. These price updates are now available on the MYP platform.
To update your price books and schedules of support, please visit myHelp for step-by-step instructions and a video tutorial. It is critical that these instructions are followed accurately as changes are not able to be reversed.

Personalise ‘monthly budget report’ email – You are now able to edit the ‘Monthly budget report email’ sent to clients. You are able to customise this email in the ‘Communication’ section of the GENIUS settings page in new tab labelled ‘Monthly budget report emails’. Similar to the customisable ‘Service agreement emails’ section you are able to customise the ‘Monthly budget report emails’ subject name and content.
