NEW Manually resync your plans with NDIA – Most changes to plans are automatically updated in MYP, for those circumstances where updated data is not provided by the NDIA, you can retrieve the latest changes to plans with a simple click of a button in the client engagement panel.
NEW Keep track of when each recurring invoice is due to expire – Stay on top of your recurring invoices with the “End Date” column now included in our GENIUS recurring invoices report.
UPDATED Payment date and Xero/MYOB sync information is now available in the merged panel – The date the claim was paid by the NDIA, external invoice number, and date of sync with Xero/MYOB will now be viewable when filtering claims using the “NDIA reconciled” or “NDIA claimed + partly paid” statuses.
UPDATED Save time and effort in reconciling NDIA claims – If the system is unable to process specific invoices when uploading a reconciliation report, you will now receive a separate file via email that will help you identify, rectify the errors in the csv, and resubmit the updated file efficiently
