UPDATED Viewing leave in PocketWatch – In our previous release we introduced the ability to view 94six leave in myShifts. To complement this, we have introduced a ‘Show 94Six leave checkbox’ in the PocketWatch roster calendar. When the checkbox is selected you can view 94Six staff leave on the associated roster in myShifts – rosters view and roster selection view in rosters page.
UPDATED Payroll Report in PocketWatch – We have updated the Attache T6 Payroll Report in PocketWatch to include a checkbox to generate the report as a CSV file as opposed to a formatted excel file. This will allow users’ greater flexibility in how they use this report.
UPDATED Timesheets in PocketWatch – We have updated the timesheets in PocketWatch to include a ‘Show all (50 items per page)’ radio button to display a paginated view of all the shifts that fall within a given date range.
We also updated the ‘Paginated’ radio button to ‘Edit Client Line Items (50 items per page)’ radio button which displays all the client line items of a particular shift in a paginated view and allows you to edit the units for each line item.
UPDATED Timesheet settings in PocketWatch – We have updated the timesheet settings in PocketWatch to allow users to select a default timesheet page view from either ‘Show all (50 items per page)’ or ‘Show all + Edit client line items (50 items per page)’.
