ARM (CRM) permission templates restructured
As part of our ongoing effort of restructuring ARM (CRM) permissions, we have implemented a new approach in permission templates that categorises permissions based on the actions they control or the individuals they impact.
Please note that the behaviour of all permissions remains unchanged.
New workflow when archiving positions attached to active staff
If you attempt to archive a position that is attached to an active staff member, you can now select a new position to be assigned to the affected staff member/s. Once you hit Confirm, the affected staff member/s positions will be updated, and the workflow will archive the original position you selected.
Improved saving of forms in FormSpace (Forms)
With our recent fix, the copying of conditions and criteria is now working as intended, ensuring that all relevant data is retained during the process. You no longer have to manually restore the conditions and criteria, saving you time and effort.
Appointments
Tags are now live in Appointments!
To assist you with easily categorising all the different information relating to programs, appointments and participants, we have introduced a customisable tag system that shows on your appointments calendar when you hover your mouse over an appointment and in the details section of each appointment.
Tags need to be created in the Tags page in Appointment Settings before they can be added to appointments.
Lastly, if you’re looking to find all appointments with a specific tag you can use the Tags filter to isolate those particular appointments.
