GENIUS Plan Utilisation Report: The ‘Service booking number’ column has been added to the ‘GENIUS Plan Utilisation Report’ so that it is easy to identify which service booking each record is referring to.
Service bookings: The ‘Budget manager’ field has been added to the ‘Service bookings’ panel in the client engagement page. ‘Budget manager’ can be assigned per service booking, and GENIUS Plan Utilisation Report also includes a new column for ‘Budget manager’.
GENIUS Invoices + Claims Report: Two changes have been made to the ‘GENIUS Invoices + Claims Report’.
- A new column has been added to the ‘GENIUS Invoices + Claims Report’ that contains the plan manager for the service booking.
- You can now generate the ‘GENIUS ‘Invoices + Claims Report’ by invoice service date. Use the new filter ‘Invoice services between dates’ when generating the report.

GENIUS settings – The ‘consolidate line item by’ feature in the GENIUS settings tab has been updated. You now have the option of separating how you consolidate line items in PocketWatch and Qtime. Your existing settings will be maintained. For further information on this feature please refer to myHelp and the feature video on Friday.

Edit shift template: 2 new sections have been added to the ‘edit shift template’ pop-up.
- Assets: You can now add assets to the ‘edit shift template’ pop-up.
- Roster manager notes: Roster manager notes have been added to the ‘edit shift template’ pop-up and the roster manager notes in the deep edit page has been updated to save data.

Edit form template: We have updated the layout of the publish page of the ‘edit form template’ wizard in formSPACE. You now have the option to attach the ‘form report’ and the ‘form summary’ separately to ‘completion notification emails’.

eMarketing template quick send: A filter has been added to the ‘eMarketing template quick send’ view in the message centre. You are now able to select a message template category from a dropdown menu.
