  • Auto include names in notes: Your name is now pre-populated in notes fields (e.g. ‘Note to executive manager’ and ‘Note to staff member’) when reviewing leave applications. This text can be changed/deleted like any other field.

  • Customisable task orders: A new checkbox, ‘Enable drag-and-drop task ordering’ has been added to the ‘EDIT PROJECT’, ‘EDIT OPPORTUNITY’, ‘EDIT PROJECT TEMPLATE’ and ‘EDIT OPPORTUNITY TEMPLATE’ pages. Selecting this option will allow you to drag the tasks into a custom order. You can still sort tasks by name or date, however this will disable the custom ordering.
  • New training management report: A new training management report is available from the ‘REPORTS’ sub-menu. This report consolidates the results of all myTraining, private and live training sessions into one report.

  • Manual invoice reconciliation: A new option, ‘Allow manual reconciliation of approved invoices/claims’ has been added to GENIUS > Settings > Invoices and claims. Selecting ‘Yes’ will allow you to manually reconcile approved invoices/claims in the ‘INVOICES TO NDIA’ and ‘CLAIM MANAGEMENT’ panels.
  • Invoice time information: The date and time a provider invoice was approved in GENIUS is now displayed in the ‘Provider invoice’ drop-down on the ‘CLAIM MANAGEMENT’ panel.
  • Delete rejected/cancelled LanternPay invoices: You can now delete invoices with the status ‘LanternPay rejected’ and ‘LanternPay cancelled’ in the ‘CLAIM MANAGEMENT’ panel.
  • Payment date field: A new field, ‘Payment date’ has been added to the ‘CLAIM MANAGEMENT’ panel which records the date when a provider claim has been paid for via LanternPay. This field is only available when claims are in the ‘Reconciled’ or ‘Reconciled + gap’ GENIUS status. 

  • Large create formSPACE form button: A new option, ‘High visibility create formSPACE form button’ has been added to GOMS > Settings > Session + outcome options. If ‘Yes’ is selected, the standard create button will hide and a large square button will appear when adding a new session to a client. The button text can be customised using the ‘Customise create formSPACE form button label’ field.
  • Customisable objective orders: Client objectives can now be organised within a goal using the drag and drop handles. This area has also been redesigned using the panel layout for easier visibility.

  • New report: A new report, ‘PocketWatch Community Timesheet Invoiced Hours Report’ is now available in PocketWatch > Reports. This report shows rostered, actual and invoiced hours and KMs per client, per roster for a given period.
  • Line item allowance links: A new panel, ‘LINE ITEM ALLOWANCE LINKS’ has been added to PocketWatch > Settings > GENIUS. This allows you to link PocketWatch allowances to GENIUS line items. When items are linked, the allowance amount from a PocketWatch shift will be pushed to GENIUS as the unit for the specified line item.
