PocketWatch setting to select GENIUS invoice product description source – We have introduced a new PocketWatch setting that allows you to select the GENIUS invoice description to be either imported from ArmPro (NDIS price books) or from GENIUS (schedule of support).
SCHADS Award Rule – On the 1st of July 2022, there will be a change to the SCHADS award. Split shifts will now attract an allowance of either 1.7% (2 shifts) or 2.25% (3 Shifts) worked within a 12-hour period on any given day. MYP will include an update in our next release that will allow you to simply tick a box in your SCHADS Award Rule Group to have this allowance calculated and added to staff timesheets automatically.
Updated field name in ArmPro – In the 94Six + PocketWatch staff settings in ARM, we have updated the ‘Required hours’ field name. This field will now be known as ‘Weekly required hours’ to better describe its functionality and to avoid any confusion. This section can be accessed via the ‘Edit Staff Member’ page in ArmPro.
Upcoming changes to ABN capturing requirements – As you are all aware the 1st of July will see that plan managers will have to provide the Australian Business Number (ABN/ ABNs) of the service provider when reimbursing participants. We expect a fix for this change to be ready for release at the end of June. More details to come.
