Improved validation for importing projects tasks in ARM (CRM)
With this new update, when importing project tasks via CSV files, certain fields will now be required for the import to be successful. Specifically, the project task description, project task staff member, and team details are now mandatory. This ensures that essential information is included in the import, reducing the chances of errors and incomplete data.
Client engagement renewal improvement
We now copy all ‘Other’ recipients of client budget reports when renewing a client engagement.
New validation for Total Allocated Budget field in Service Booking and PACE Participant Budget panel
With this update, to successfully save the engagement, users will now be required to enter a value that is greater than or equal to 1. This validation ensures that budgets are accurately recorded and prevents any unintentional or incorrect entries of zero or negative values.
Improvements to 94Six (HR) notification panel
We have made some significant updates to 94Six (HR) notifications panel to enhance your experience.
Firstly, we have successfully addressed an issue where the notification centre was inaccurately displaying the position title of a staff member.
Secondly, we have improved the overall display of notifications on the panel. With our latest updates you will now be able to see a more information like staff member role and team along with event type, staff name, and date of the event on the notification panel.
Please note, to trigger the ‘New staff’ notifications, a future commencement date for the new staff member should be set for that staff member in ARM (CRM).
The total cost calculation issue in the Roster Template Cost Report is now fixed
With our recent fix, the total cost calculation in the Roster Template Cost Report is now more accurate and consistent. We’ve addressed an issue where in very rare cases, there was an inconsistency in the calculation when comparing the total cost for all staff to the total cost when individual staff were added separately.

Ability to add a custom address for appointment location
You now have the flexibility to add a custom address where the appointment might occur outside of the usual settings. This update allows you to accurately set location of an appointment that isn’t taking place at an organisation’s site or the participant’s address.
