  • Leave reminders: A new option ‘Send leave reminders on weekends’ in 94six > Settings allows you to disable leave notifications on weekends.
  • Search permissions: Client permissions now apply to the ‘Search clients + contacts’ search bar at the top of the page and when creating a formSPACE form. If a staff member does not have permission to view a client or contact, they will not appear in the search results.
  • API settings: The rollout of the NextGen API settings page has started! Inventory links is the first section that has been migrated to the new environment, which can be accessed by clicking the link in the banner at the top of the ‘API SETTINGS’ page.
  • Credit invoices: Line items can now be marked as a ‘Credit item’ when creating invoices to client/plan managers. Credit items (negative amounts) are enclosed in brackets and will also be highlighted in red when creating the invoice. To enable this feature, navigate to GENIUS > Settings > Invoices + claims and select ‘Yes’ for ‘Enable credit for invoices to client/plan manager’. Staff will also need to have the ‘Administer credit invoices’ permission.
  • Permission history: Changes to staff myDocs permissions will now be recorded in the ‘STAFF ADMINISTRATION HISTORY’ panel.
  • Allowance category limits: A new field, ‘Max pay period amount’ is now available when editing and creating allowance categories. If a limit has been set, warnings will appear when adding allowances in a shift and when reviewing timesheets if the amount entered exceeds the limit for the pay period.
  • Request staff page: The ‘REQUEST STAFF FOR SHIFT’ page has had a facelift and now uses the familiar NextGen panel design! In addition to being better optimised for mobile devices, a new ‘STATUS’ column has been added to the staff lists. This allows you to see which staff have already been sent a shift request SMS, preventing you from sending duplicate messages to the same staff. A ‘Request staff’ button has also been added to the create shift pop-up, giving you quick access to the request staff page.
