• Performance optimisations: MYP has undergone database performance enhancements. As a result, GENIUS will return to querying a year’s worth of invoices at a time.

• Exclude items from cancellation: A new panel, ‘LINE ITEMS TO EXCLUDE ON CANCELLATION’, is available in PocketWatch > Settings > GENIUS. Line items added to this list will not be invoiced when a shift is cancelled.
• Permission changes: Adjustments have been made to QTime permissions. In order to approve a QTime timesheet, you must be a Manager for the Staff Member that you are approving the timesheet for and have the ‘Create + edit timesheets (direct reports)’ permission.
• Multiple tabs: To prevent data duplication, QTime schedules can now only be open in one tab at a time. A ‘Page is locked’ pop-up will appear prompting you to close multiple instances of the same QTime schedule if it is open in more than one tab.
• Roster template in ARM: Clicking on roster template shifts in the ‘POCKETWATCH ROSTER TEMPLATE’ panel in ARM will now take you to the relevant roster template calendar in PocketWatch.
• Report update: The ‘Payroll Report’ now has a ‘Shift notes’ column.
