- Permissions: Staff permissions for eMarketing are now structured as follows:
- View templates – view templates + use them in campaigns
- Administer templates – create, edit + archive templates
- View campaigns – view campaigns + their details (e.g. reports)
- Administer campaigns – create, edit, archive + schedule campaigns
- View contact lists – view + export contact lists + use them in campaigns
- Administer contact lists – create, edit, import + archive contact lists
- View searches – view + export searches + use them in campaigns
- Administer searches – create, edit + archive contact lists
- View events – view events, their attendees + complete attendee check in
- Administer events – create, edit + archive events
- Client alerts: The text from the ‘Additional information’ field in ARM now also displays in the ‘ADD PROVIDER INVOICE DOCUMENT’ expandable in the ‘MANAGE PROVIDER INVOICES’ and ‘PROVIDER INVOICES’ panels in GENIUS. This information will only be displayed if the contact is the ‘Sync contact’ or ‘Key contact’.
- Programs page: The old ‘Programs’ has been removed and replaced by the ‘Programs (new)’ page, introduced in a previous release. The ‘Programs (new)’ page will be called ‘Programs’ as a result.
