  • Position description updates: A new ‘Reports to position’ field has been added to position descriptions.
  • Reports: A new report, ‘Dynamics 365 Business Central Document Report’ is now available in GENIUS > Reports.
  • Reports: The ‘Client Report’ in GOMS > Reports now has additional filters and options: ‘In-progress goals’, ‘Non-started goals’, ‘Completed goals’, ‘Archived goals’ and ‘Include alerts + comments’.
  • Shift notes: If a client has been marked as ‘Did not attend’ in a PocketWatch shift, the general shift notes will no longer be added to the client’s history in ARM. Individual client notes will still be recorded in the history if added to a client that did not attend.
  • Roster manager shift logic: Roster managers now have the ability to check in and out of a shift that they manage, regardless of check in time windows or geolocation restrictions.
  • Roster manager notifications: A new field, ‘Roster manager notification’ has been added to the check in/check out page. If filled by the staff member, the roster manager will receive a myNotification with the information entered in the shift. This note will be saved in the shift and added to PocketWatch history in ARM.
  • Bulk delete availability/unavailability: A new ‘Delete availability’ button has been added to PocketWatch > Personal calendar. This will allow you to delete both one-off and recurring availabilities and unavailabilities in your personal calendar between specified dates and times.
  • Drag-and-drop: Shifts can now be dragged into different positions on the PocketWatch roster calendar.
  • Staff view: The ‘Staff view’ option has been added to PocketWatch > Rosters, allowing you to view each staff member on a separate calendar.
  • Programs page: The Programs page has been redesigned and optimised for greater performance and ease of use. You can access the redesigned page by clicking PocketWatch > Programs (new) in the side navigation. The existing Programs page will remain available until further notice.
  • Award rules: A new award rule, ‘Total number of sleepovers (#)’ is now available, it counts the number of sleepovers in a given period.
  • Report update: The unit cost of line items have been added to the ‘Shift invoice report’ in the new ‘Rate’ column.
