Introducing MYP status

Our new status page allows you to see live system status information, our upcoming release schedule and historical status information.

MYP Status is accessible from the Support Centre or by visiting status.mypcorp.com.

  • New product field: A new field, ‘General ledger code’ is now available on the ‘EDIT PRODUCT’ page.
  • Communication Centre: Emails and SMS messages sent from the Communication Centre now contain unsubscribe links. In addition, a new field ‘Accepts SMS contact’ has been added to the ‘EDIT CONTACT’ and ‘EDIT STAFF MEMBER’ pages in ARM. This functions in the same way as the ‘Accepts email contact’. If set to ‘No’ or ‘Unsubscribed’, SMS messages will not be sent to this contact.

  • Additional filters: ‘Cost centre’ and ‘Program’ filters have been added to the ‘INVOICE TO NDIA’ and ‘INVOICE TO CLIENT/PLAN MANAGER’ panels in GENIUS.
  • Report updates:
    • Schedule of Support Export Report – this new report is now available in GENIUS > Reports. It includes detailed schedule of support information for all active clients in GENIUS with finalised schedules.
  • Invoice dates in accounting packages: A new setting, ‘Date to push as invoice creation date in third party accounting package (e.g. Xero/MYOB)’ is now available in GENIUS > Settings Invoices + claims. This allows you to specify whether the ‘creation date’ of invoices in your accounting package uses the sent date or approval date from GENIUS.
  • Prevent duplicate claims: If a claim is resubmitted from an archived claim with the same provider and reference number, an error message will be shown. This will prevent you from creating the claim as it already exists.

  • Import: You can now import and export goals and objectives in the ‘GOALS + OBJECTIVES LIBRARY’ using the two new import/export buttons at the top of the panel.

  • 94six leave integrations: A new checkbox on the timesheets page, ‘Show 94six leave’ now allows you to view staff leave without having to navigate to 94six. In addition, a new report, ”Attache T6 Payroll Report (with 94six leave)’ is now available in PocketWatch > Reports for ‘Attache users.
  • Shift tasks: You can now set tasks as ‘Required’ when creating and editing shifts and template shifts. On the shift check in/check out page, there is an additional ‘COMPLETED’ column, which allows staff to specify whether a task was completed or not. If a required task is not completed, they are required to provide a reason. This task completion information will then be logged in each client’s PocketWatch history in ARM.
  • QTime invoices: A new setting, ‘Generate QTime + shift invoices separately’ has been added to PocketWatch > Settings > QTime.
  • Alphabetical sorting: Client and staff names are now ordered alphabetically on the roster and program calendars.
