New Features

1 April 2021

watch the recap video!

  • Leave applications: Additional validation has been introduced, preventing the covering staff member from being the staff member that’s applying for leave.
  • Leave balance report: A new ‘Leave Balance Report’ is available in 94six > Reports > People. This report will show the leave balance update/reduction for a staff member between specified dates. This report will only be available for leave applications lodged on or after 1 Apr 2021.
  • Panel sorting: You can now sort items in all 94six panels except the ‘NOTIFICATIONS’ and ‘STAFF’ panels by clicking the relevant column headers (e.g. ‘START DATE’).

  • Contact import/export: The ARM contact import and exports have been rebuilt and optimised. Two new fields, ‘Key contact’ and ‘Sync contact’ have also been added.

  • Campaign details confirmation: The ‘Confirm’ step in eMarketing now contains a summary of campaign details, allowing you to review the settings before clicking ‘SCHEDULE’ or ‘SEND’.

  • Email actions: Email actions can now also be sent to a contact’s account manager by selecting ‘Yes’ on ‘Send email to contact account manager’.

  • Invoice different client: GENIUS invoices can now be addressed to different clients (organisations) if required. To enable this, edit a client engagement and select ‘Yes’ for ‘Invoice to different client’ in the ‘PLAN STYLE’ panel. You can then select which client the invoice should be addressed to.
  • Document types: A new document type, ‘Quote’ has been added to the ‘DOCUMENTS’ panel when editing a client engagement.
  • Report updates:
    • Dynamics Business Central Invoice Report – this is a new CSV report for Dynamics Business Central users needing to import invoices
    • Dynamics Business Central Reconciled Invoice Report – this was previously the ‘Dynamics Business Central Invoice Report’ but has been renamed for relevancy and is now a CSV
    • Intacct Invoice Report – this report now filters invoices based on the NDIA claimed or sent date, rather than the fully/partially paid or sent date
    • GENIUS LanternPay Summary Report – this report now includes two new columns, ‘Claim total’ and ‘Amount paid’. The ‘Amount paid’ column will only appear in the NDIA reconciled and NDIA claim + gap sections.

  • ARM contact import: Clients can now be added to GOMS via the ARM contact import. To add a GOMS client, the ‘GOMS client’ field will need to be set to ‘Y’ on the relevant row. Additionally, the following columns have also been added: ‘GOMS primary disability’, ‘GOMS secondary disability’ and ‘GOMS formal diagnosis’, which can all be used to add/update relevant GOMS information.

  • QTime cancellation reason: A new cancellation drop-down will appear when ‘Did not attend – with notice’ or ‘Did not attend – without notice’ is selected on a QTime time entry. This information will be pushed to PocketWatch timesheets and GENIUS invoices. If ‘Other’ is selected, a text box will appear, allowing you to enter more information. This functionality is similar to the existing functionality in PocketWatch shifts.
  • QTime claim type: A new claim type drop-down has been added to QTime time entries, this information will be pushed to GENIUS invoices. The drop-down will default to ‘Cancellation’ if ‘Did not attend – without notice’ is selected.
  • Recurring availabilities: PocketWatch availabilities can now be set as recurring. The new ‘Recurrence’ section allows you to define whether these should be ‘Interval’ (e.g. every 3 days) or ‘Day of week’ (e.g. every Monday).
