  • Personal discussions: A new discussion purpose, ‘Improvement discussion’ has been added.
  • Licenses and certifications: You can now drag-and-drop to re-order licenses and certifications.
  • Public holidays in leave applications: If a public holiday is only applicable to a specific state, 94six will check if the staff member’s state matches any public holidays within the application period. If the staff member is located in a different state, the specific public holidays will not be counted in the leave application.
  • Recruitment panels: The recruitment panels have now moved to the 94six home page and the menu navigation has been updated accordingly – ‘Staff’ and ‘Recruitment’ are now ‘Home’.
  • Functions: The save confirmation banner has moved to the bottom of the page.
  • Access leave in PocketWatch: 94six leave can now be viewed and lodged from PocketWatch mobile. Simply click the ‘View leave’ to access the ‘LEAVE APPLICATIONS’ panel.
  • Search/list export: The ‘eMarketing spreadsheet’ export option is now available for contact lists and searches. This exports the first name, last name, email and client name. The eMarketing spreadsheet is great for large lists/searches that need to be exported quickly.
  • Incident Management System (IMS): The Incident Management System (IMS) is now available as an add-on service for formSPACE Pro users! The IMS provides a more sophisticated incident management solution that incorporates all steps in the process including relevant notifications, workflow actions and reporting. To enable IMS, navigate to formSPACE Pro > Settings > Incident Management System (IMS). Book a training session for your organisation by lodging a ticket via the Support Centre.
  • NDIA payment gaps: Two new buttons have been added to the ‘LINE ITEMS’ panel within the ‘PLAN MANAGED CLAIM TO NDIA’ area in GENIUS:
    • Edit total – clicking this will allow you to modify the total value of individual line items temporarily. This assists in identifying the gap amount if it is greater than zero.
    • Add gap line item – line items with a gap will now display the gap amount in red next to the ‘TOTAL’. Clicking ‘Add gap line item’ will create a new line item to claim the gap.
  • New report: A new report ‘GENIUS Civica Accounts Payable Import Report’ has been added to GENIUS > Reports for Civica Authority Altitude users.
  • Reports: New reports have been added to GOMS > Reports:
    • Goal Overview Report – this displays a summary of the number of goals, objectives and sessions for each client within a given time period.
    • Objective Outcome Report – this displays whether a GOMS client’s objective achievement status changed during any session within a given time period.
  • Roster Template Cost Report: This report now captures the costs for all splits that begin on the specified day, regardless of the shift start date.
  • QTime KM units: A new option, ‘Use as timesheet unit’ has been added to the KM allowance in QTime allowances. When a GENIUS product is assigned to a time entry and the option ‘Use as timesheet unit’ is enabled, the distance allowance amount will be used as the units in the GENIUS invoice.
  • Roster calendar initials: Staff initials now also display on QTime schedules and cancelled shifts in the roster calendar when ‘Display staff + client initial on roster calendar’ is enabled in PocketWatch > Settings > Rosters.
  • Roster managers in lists: A new setting, ‘Exclude roster managers from eligible staff lists’ has been added to PocketWatch > Settings > Rosters.
