  • Custom reports: Custom reports can now be generated for position descriptions.
  • Leave approval emails: A new option, ‘Include details in final ‘Leave approve’ email’, has been added in 94six > Settings > Leave for each leave profile. Selecting ‘Yes’ will include the staff member’s leave request details in the leave approval email that is sent to the covering staff member. This option defaults to ‘No’ for confidentiality reasons.

  • Pinned documents: Documents can now be pinned to the top of the ‘DOCUMENTS’ panel in ARM. To pin a document, simply click the blue pin button. Pinned documents will appear at the top of the list in bold. Documents can be unpinned by clicking the green pin button.

  • Bulk email sending: A new ‘SEND SELECTED’ button has been added to the ‘INVOICE TO CLIENT/PLAN MANAGER’ panel. This feature allows you to send GENIUS invoice emails to multiple clients/plan managers at once, eliminating the need to select the blue email button on each invoice.
  • Client dashboard: An ‘Edit engagement’ button has been added to the GENIUS client dashboard.
  • Document tags: New document tags have been added to display support co-ordinator information – [[SupportCoordinatorFirstName]], [[SupportCoordinatorLastName]], [[SupportCoordinatorPhone]] and [[SupportCoordinatorEmail]].
  • Staff initials: A new option, ‘Display staff member initial as’, has been added to GENIUS > Settings > Invoices + claims. This allows you to determine whether the initials displaying on the invoice panels are the staff member that created the invoice, or the staff member that last modified it.

  • Download button: A ‘Download’ button has been added to the top of the ‘EDIT DOCUMENT’ page, allowing you to quickly view the uploaded file.

  • Remove roster clients: A new ‘Remove all clients’ button has been added to rosters and roster templates. Clicking this will clear the list of added clients to a particular roster/roster template.
  • QTime autosave: You can now enable the autosaving of QTime schedules via PocketWatch > Settings > QTime.
