The NDIA has just advised of an update to the NDIS Price Guide effective from 1 March 2021. MYP will apply these updates this week and will advise when the process is complete. To ensure the new price guide is applied correctly by users, a video will be available to relevant users so they can accurately complete this process. This information will be shared via a pop-up on your screen and in the appropriate area in the GENIUS module.
- New report: A new ‘Login + Logout Report’ is now available in MYP. This report details staff login and logout activity within a specified date range. The report can be accessed by clicking the ‘Reports’ button in the subheader, next to the ‘Recent Searches’ button. Staff need the new ‘Generate Login + Logout Report’ permission in ARM to generate this report.
- New reports: New reports are now available in GENIUS > Reports.
- GENIUS SunSystems Invoice Report – the information included in this report is designed for users of the SunSystems financial management software.
- GENIUS NDIS Revenue Report – this report lists the hours billed and amounts billed for each staff member within a given time period. You must be subscribed to both GENIUS and PocketWatch to access this report.
- NDIS number: A client’s NDIS number will now display underneath the ‘Client’ field in the ‘MANAGE PROVIDER INVOICES’ and ‘PLAN MANAGED CLAIM TO NDIA’ panels.
- New report: The ‘GOMS Detailed Goal Report’ is now available in GOMS > Reports. It includes detailed goal, objective and comments information from recorded GOMS sessions.
- Roster template weeks: The ‘Enter number of weeks’ field in roster templates can now be edited, allowing you to adjust the number of weeks in an existing roster template.
- Group percentages: When a line item is marked as a ‘TIMESHEET KM’, it will no longer be included in the group percentage calculations.
- Display initials: Two new settings, ‘Display staff + client initials on roster calendar’ and ‘Display staff + client initials on roster template calendar’ have been added to PocketWatch > Settings > Rosters. When enabled, staff member and client names on shifts will appear with their full first name and first letter of their last name, instead of their full first and last name.
- Overtime calculations: Two new overtime options are now available when creating a payrate in PocketWatch > Settings > Pay rates. The ‘Overtime’ option allows you to specify whether a particular pay rate is an overtime pay rate. The ‘Overtime calculations’ option allows you to specify whether the pay rate should be included in/excluded from overtime calculations.
- Archived rosters: Shifts that have been archived as a result of rosters being archived are now visible when selecting a roster.
- New report: A new report, ‘HR3 Payroll Import’ is now available in PocketWatch > Reports. This will generate a CSV file suitable for HR3 users.
- Report update: You can now select all roster templates when generating the ‘PocketWatch Roster Template Staff Report’.
- Ticket types: The ‘System improvement quote/request’ ticket type has now been split into two types:
- System improvement quote – for lodging system improvements you want to be quoted on and scheduled for development for your organisation. Staff need the new ‘Lodge system improvement quote’ permission in ARM to lodge tickets of this type.
- System improvement suggestion – for submitting innovative system improvement suggestions. The MYP team will review your suggestions and consider them for future development.
