New Features

10 December 2020

  • Leave submission dates: The leave submission date, administration submission date, manager receipt date and executive manager receipt dates are now shown on new leave applications.

  • Gender-neutral title: An ‘Mx’ option has been addded to the ‘Personal title’ drop-down.
  • Project/opportunity templates: ‘Start interval’, ‘Due interval’ and ‘Reminder interval’ columns are now visible on the task list table when editing project and opportunity templates.
  • Reassign opportunity template tasks: You can now reassign opportunity tasks to another staff member when editing an opportunity template by clicking the ‘Reassign tasks’ button.

  • Events panel: The number of attendees registered for events now displays on the ‘EVENTS’ panel for easy reference.

  • Provider invoices filter: The ‘Filter provider invoices’ button is no longer located next to the ‘Provider invoice’ field, but is instead displayed in the top right of the ‘CLAIM MANAGEMENT’ panel. This allows you to set the provider invoice filter and create multiple claims without needing to re-set the filter every time you click ‘Create’.
  • Invoice status: A new status, ‘LanternPay rejected’ will display on invoices rejected by LanternPay/NDIA.
  • Report update: A ‘Management type’ filter option has been added when generating the ‘NDIS Budget Report’. This will allow you to filter service bookings based on whether they are agency, self or plan managed.

  • QTime pause button: You can now pause time entries in QTime schedules. This is perfect for staff members who need to take multiple breaks and need to temporarily stop recording their time. The pause button is next to the play button and will be clickable when time recording is in progress.
  • Report update: A new ‘Actioned staff’ column has been added to the ‘Shift Cancellation Report’, allowing you to determine who actioned the shift cancellation/change.
  • Mobile geolocation instructions: A new information button has been added to the myShifts calendar. Clicking it will display a pop-up with information on how to enable geolocation for MYP on your mobile device – preventing frequent location permission prompts.
